Well that's it, the 2014 hunt has now ended.

A big well done to our winner Lambtonworm with an amazing 42 species! Well done Andy mate. Great stuff.

Also a big well done to Aqua-holic and L_Muslibar who came second and third with very impressive scores of 37 and 33 both of which are higher than any scores previously recorded in the hunt. Well done lads.

Well done to Andy on a cracking total and to Mike for running the hunt. Plenty new species this year to add to the Nesa tally. I was pleased with my own score, my best yet, I set myself a target of 20 and got 23.

I'm going to stand down from running the hunt this year. If anyone else would like to take up the rains and run one then please go ahead.

Thanks for all your hard work during the year to keep this on track Mike,at times it cant have been easy with the old Flounder and Plaice debates etc.
hope someone does take it on as it would be a shame after all your hard work, I've got irons in the fire for this year so wont be taking part should it hopefully get taken on by another member.
