Anywhere along Whitley will produce fish...it's just a case of finding them and fishing at the right times. It's my fave beach in the area

Seaton Sluice and Blyth you have to do your homework and go down at low water to scope out holes and features - which as a 9-5 day worker I have never been able to do and thus have never caught anything of note off Blyth (yet;))

Do a search and you'll find plenty threads with plenty info

The big tides this weekend would make an ideal time to start doing your homework :D Take a camera and take some pics and also of the area behind you so its easy to find exactly where you are in the dark and its blowing a howlie;)

Cheers all been on google maps and had a proper look and theres some nice marks to try so i will be down sometime next week on the bus lol:D got maps of seaton sluice, st. mary's island & whitley bay... lots of marks to try this winter:cool:

Going out friday morning 9ish with camera as low tide is 0.1m in hunt for deep holes gullies kelp beds etc
