Wanted Saratoga braid

Sorry to jump on your post but is the saratoga stuff any good as mainline or just leaders

ive seen a few using it as a mainline,i like powerpro and trying the asso pe classic in 0.24 and 0.30 this year.

I've only ever used whiplash in 50lb on both my spinfishers and on my fathom for the boat... ive never had a problem with it

I'm gonna purchase another spinfisher before the season kicks off and I'm gonna try the asso stuff and see how it compares it has gained points from me already with only being 20 quid

ive got powerpro on my spinfisher .bought a ultegra 14000 from nets and went with the asso braid,only cast it on the field but seems ok for 20 quid,it does cast well

Have you not fished in the rough stuff with it yet ?

not yet.ill use spinfisher-powerpro in really rough and asso over mixed when I need a bit distance

saratoga is great braid for the price but make sure its 8 strand
