I love this thread, someone bumped into you on a bike on the pier, so you are going to sue the council, firstly why sue the council was the council navigating the bike, er no!
1st i'm not after any compensation this time so your wrong there yes i do work and yes he was fishing he had 2 rods tied to his bike.I have no problem with some one wheeling his bike up and down the pier but i do with some one riding and not looking where he's going. If my complaint get's fishing banned then blame the idiot's who ride there bikes on the pier. So for every one getting at me i'm not allowed to make a compliant is that what you are saying next time it might be one of my kid's he hits then i'm just supposed to smile...
Slightly off topic all theladswho fish the piers when there closed there insurance will not pay a penny if you have wives and kids they will get all your debt and funeral costs
LOL. on the debt thing, if it's in the deceased anglers name it's non-transferable I reckon, though the lenders may try to recover costs from the estate. Funeral costs wouldn't be a problem like, yer could just hoy the anglers corpse off of the round end, job done![]()
Thats a bit cruel at least burn him first lol i only know as i was that bored i read the bumf with it and it didnt say fish a pier thats locked and u dont get a penny lol it was words to that effect so i rang them up explained about the pier being open then shut. If your on there and have a accident unless it shut earlier than stated. Insurance is nill and void you also voided the unsecured loan Insurance and it automatically goes to next of kin. As you chose. To put yourself into a unsecure place. I didnt know what to say lol
According to my insurance broker it does.she told me to read my terms and conditions on loANS but i aint got any. Its the same if you hang yourself unless there is proof you were mentally unstable.
