just bought the cree head lamp from ebay cheep too.its thew 500 lumens. hope it a good one.looking forward to using it after reading this post. hope its delivered quickly.

Ive been using this headtorch called daylight for years its never let me down,no batteries ever been needed,& you can see for miles..

i must get one of them no batterys needed

petzl ultra belt accu4 is my choice great wide beam and verry bright it lasts upto 34hrs off a charge it also has a battery gage so you knw what charge the battery has left they range from £300 to £350 its best to shop around for the best deal
