Borough of Tynemouth Angling Club

if you need any more info pm me and ill give you my number.

i live gateshead, would that be the same charlton that me dad, cedric bilverstone knew through nebf???just seem to remember name coming up timr to time.

Hi Davey
knew your dad very well we had some good arguements with the various bodies that try and stop or restrict our sport, he is a great miss. No doubt your dad will also have mentioned Brian Thompson, another thorn in conservationists butts. living at gateshaed you have a good choice of clubs that you could easily get to. I would imagine the lads will be onto you asap.

I agree with Tonynufc Davey, when he says about being in the click. 1 club where exactly that sort of thing happens is the jarrow albertasac, they seem to do everything they can to get you out and thats including the commitee.

Just a quick remark if you namely jarracrusader are an inducted member of the above mentioned sea fishing club, you as a member should know that petty remarks should be kept for the twice monthly meetings held at the Alberta club and are not for public view and as the club is in its first year you must understand that the "chaff has to be discarded from the wheat" . further more as club chairman of the alberta sea angling club myself i take this post as a direct insult of mine and the other members of the commitee's hard work to ensure everybody has a heard voice and opinion, so on that note i urge jarrow crusader to come forward at meeting this comming thursday at 7.30pm and put this opinion to the commitee and fellow members.
thank you Jonny webber ASAC chairman:)

I remember fishing last winter on the groyne and about 6 of your members where there fishing, i had a good bit crack on with them and in the end i mentioned i mite join there club aswell as the one im in (The CLEADON CLUB) but since i was in the cleadon club and a couple knew me they wernt so keen on letting me join, anyway they said the club limit was 30 members, they said there was a couple of places left but had to wait for other lads to see if they wanted to join, which is stupid coz if you want to join you join, anyway again the idea went out the window. I thought all clubs where for anyone to join first time someone told me i couldnt join a club coz it was full lmao.

Back to clubs the cleadon club runs from september to march with a good turn out every monday night (usually) good bunch of lads ;) in there good banter!

Cheers brashy i remember the day u mentioned i was fishing just down from you in2 the river think it was baldy mick or kev crudd u where talking to that day. we as the founding members of the club had put it to the vote for the first year that 30 would be a reasnable figure( where just under that with alan lee and roy mathews about to join) and we never dreamed of having those figures so early into the start i bet cleadon didnt have that. anyway drifting away from it. we would love to have you as a member m8 the more the merrier we are obvoiusly having a bit of strife with certain members who think there an authority in there own right but im sure every club has it and its as i see it teething problems. fishing unites us with one common interest in what is to be honest a crap time to live at the moment, i love nothing more that spending a few hours drowning worms off the pier with my bestist in the world fish friends alan the viking scott and davey what kind of world would it be if we couldnt leave the nagging wife and kids to chuck a few leads out into the great blue yonder, fishing is supposed to be something you enjoy and my aim when i started the new jarra club with other members was to meet new people, have a laugh(or cry) and catch some fish.
Cheers m8 leave ya email for me and i will drop you a line or if u can theres is a meeting this thursday night at the alberta 7.30 till late, jonny webber chairman ASAC:)

I dont understand that comment if you have problems with me as Chairman or any other member of the club then the first thing is to indentify yourself and we will see if we can work through things as i have said b4 NESA is not the place to voice your concearns about a private fishing club and if you insist on doing so i ask for your self removal from all aspects of the Jarrow Alberta sea Angling Club unless you are willing to aggree to those terms.

1st year the cleadon club had 22 members
but only 17 finished the season

its our 11th year this year

ps
its bad craic to have your washing done in public
as mrchairman says
talk to him
