Winter rod recommendations

Hello everyone.

I don't think my penn rampage is going to be strong enough for the winter so I'm after another rod. I want to spend about £100. Don't mind buying 2nd hand. I prefer 13ft rods and only use fixed spool reels (penn surfblaster 8000). I've only fished SS and roker pier but ill be trying a few beaches in the winter as well.

Nothing wrong with the Ron Thompson axe. Best rough grund rod for the money.
Will pick one up for around £60 second hand
Or the leeda icon power or ultra power for around £70. Personally if it was me if buy the leeda icon ultra power

greys Apollo mk2 also decent rod for £ 60 to £80 2nd hand !!!
