ITS OBVIOUSLY FOR THE EXCITMENT OF CATCHING A FISH 1 MM UNDERSIZE THAT YOU THOUGHT MIGHT GO WHERE ELSE WILL YOU GET THAT SORT OF HIGH AND LOW ZIPPIE!

I live right next to the Viking park hence the name ask me what its fishing like next time although thats an obvious question cos most of the time its ******** but if you want tiddlers a bit of excitement that rod rattling, and strong tides well the Viking parks your place. When its calm on the coast and the tides are smallish and you have nowt better to do this is the place to wet a line J.V.

to me i keep doing it because i love it . the thoght of landing a bigger fish than ure best ........ plus get you away from the missuss for few hours lmao :P

Well I do it mostly because I love ..
1. being out in the fresh air
2. getting to see places most people don\'t
3. the craic
4. stress relief
5. talking to people with a common interest
6. oh I haven\'t mentioned my heart missing a beat when I get a bite and a massive rush of blood as I strike into a fish followed by the uncertainty of getting it to the shore and then the feeling of massive excitement and satisfaction once the fish is in my hands and sometimes to see it swim off again is great as well ,but cooking it or even giving it to someone else in my family and telling them I fought long and hard to get it ...well that\'s just great as well .
I LOVE FISHING ME !!!!

I was fed up lastnight,no fish and fast holds but at least you can have a bit craic on without any disturbance and its stress free most of the time :D

Aye Alan ,it\'s like that sometimes eh ,my dad in law asked me if I fancied a look out tonight ,I said tomorrow ....he\'s just rang ,5lb and 3lb so far.

Just looking at the title of this topic........must admit to wondering the same about NESA at times.
