Tynemouth Beach 28/1

Fished 545pm - 915pm. conditions -Rough sea, heavy frequent showers, high onshore wind. started at north end fishing tide down without success. Moved to middle of beach to fish the flood at 730pm. Caught 3 small codling each about pound in weight. Bait used was frozen lug and squid. Another angler fished off the rocks into Slatey Gut during the time I was there and still there when I left. Don't know how he fared. But a good night for me.

well done mate was it ok when you where casting out good sea running now where to try the night or not at newbiggin bay

sea worse today than last night, no weed but don't think Tynemouth is fishable tonight. Good luck wherever you go
