Just been watching a bit of UKTV on Sky. The man himself Michael Parkinson had Peter Kay and Bob Monkhouse on the same bill a wee touch of class.
A question for you all.
If you had the chance to do one job in your life what would it be, no matter what ever you want it to be.
Mine would be Michael Parkinson\'s. The job of a life time.

Best local comedians ? My list would include:

Bobby Thompson
Alan Snell
Bobby Knoxall
Brian Lewis
Brendan Healey
Maxie and Mitch

Very few of the new alternative comedians could ever hold a candle to some of those listed. They were real funny men and the only one I have time for these days is Peter Kay. Paddy and Max were o.k. but not a patch on phoenix nights.
