posted on 1/11/2004 at 22:52We switched from our usuall position (seaton Sluice end ) and had a few chucks off " Middle toilets"" 3 of us fished from 5.20- 8.30 a few small whities then "Powerstorm" (dont ask) hit on a very nice flounder at about 7pm then had to go due to workcommitments . that left me& Coza with the usuall bait of lug. maccy, rag & a little muscle. I hit on a great whitey, wish Id kept him now, and the very same time Coza caught his first Bass a realy nice one of about 1.3/4 lb, so tea tommorow is looking good for him, although I dont hold out a lot of hope for his lass probably a cheese sarny if she's lucky, carried on for a bit longer, but as the bait/ time ran out + tide, called it a day & retired to the Kittiwake for a few well earned pints, so not to bad an evenings chuck esp for Coza,,,
.. He's as chuffed as hell
ps the Bass got him back, he's got a lovely hole in his righthand,
me thinks he forgot about those spines..Idont think he will forget about them again... Cheers Tich
