Alright lads, 3 of us tried the big beach at SS again last night from 7.15pm till 12.0.clock fishing the sand banks again over low,it was a fish a chuck for me incl 4 x double shots 14 flounders[7 size] 3 coalies,1 codling[all under size] and believe it or not another Turbot, my 2 mates had coalies,flounders as well
Itried the 1st sand banks from the pier which were really productive, there are 3 in a row down the pier so plenty to aim at
Cant wait until the conditions are right for it as i think something really good will come out in the late summer[fingers crossed]
Baits - Rag,lug,bluey,crab but rag and bluey did the business
Heres a pic of the Turbot i never bothered with the others
