simple quest why do we go casting

the arm is shot so if i come up i will not be casting
I know how to fix it but would get a ban from comps so will have to let it heal
on its own and no juice.
my next comp may be the UKSF CLUBMANS CUP
The rest will not easy but it rest it now or risk buggering the arm for ever.
