Both piers exluded normally means Tynemouth and Amble piers.Blyth pier is normally included,and according to chronicle it is?

£10 entry fee, £2 heaviest fish £1 team event(each), £500 first prize, 1st 2nd and 3rd cash payout for heaviest fish, and then exellent table prizes.

Wouldn\'t mind fishing it but we go out on a Saturday night. Just got special dispensation to fish the charity comp as it is a good cause.

Well I thought about it....and it looks like Lord Of The Rings tonight and a canny few Stellas! If it does go ahead It\'ll be worth fishing as only a few will turn up and ya sure to get a prize ,deservadly.
