How about these for fillets?

Not long after I caught the bigger one it spat out a small fish probably herring or sprat, it was around 5inches long and very fresh. Once the larger fish was gutted all that was in its stomach was fish, another spratt/herring and loads of pulped fish flesh and parts of spine. Obviously just been through a shoal of baitfish and quite likely to be offshore before resuming residency among the kelp.
