Is anyone else a member here? if so does the piers fish well all year round?

I'm looking to join in the next few days but wanted to get some advice beforehand.

Yea just joined meself. Was up there last Sunday but my mate ian whi is not a member yet so we fished the blast beach. Heard loads whities caught off seaham pier.

Seaham SAC

I joined Seaham this time last year and have just renewed my membership. Have mainly only fished the north pier. Have had mixed fortunes. Had more success over the summer with flatties and mackerel. Have had whities and two cod since October. It has been hard work lately but just the same elsewhere. Hopefull the south pier will be opened this year to members. The club seems very well run and for £25.50 a year you cant be robbed. Also it is very safe leaving your car on the land over the road from the club house. Hope this helps.

I dont believe you can take a guest on. I believe that if you want to fish the pier then join the club.

you have to be a member to fish the peir you can fish the spiles you dont have to be member to fish there

thats strange couple times ive gone through the gate when someones went on no one asked nowt just says alreet mate
