Heading back from a job today I decided to come the scenic route through Seaham. Stopped off at the middle car park on the Hall beach for a quick look as it was low tide and I can't believe how much those big storms we had back in the early spring have affected the beach.
It's pretty much rock all the way along from the Featherbed to the Caves, very little sand once you hit about 40 - 50 yards from the HT line. Will be very interesting to see how it fishes this winter now that the whole beach is mixed ground...
