Swung through Seaham after picking my worm up from NETS; these are at about half tide up:

Magic Seaweed has the sea getting bigger tomorrow, will be out somewhere tomorrow afternoon / evening just not sure where yet...

the blast beach

it has to be over 40 years since the last time I was at the blast beach the sea then was black will all the dumping , but it still gave up good fish.
is it still hard to get down onto the beach
I remember having to cross a wood plank half way down the cliff face and a local lad was on his way up on a push bike with a bag of coal over the cross bar it was just like a coats path
