ratty ramp then roker pier

me and sneak had a few hours out ,well wasnt really any where fishable to get out that wind ,so headed onto the ratty ramp ,few hours on there not a sniff ,so we decided the pier for last hour or so ,got on the round head first cast nowt ,hour before low water second cast on raggy nice codling at 4lb ,gave it another hour that was all we had between us .
