hi guys, was a member of the nwsa casting club and also joined the club at peterlee, when i was addicted to the casting. lost abit of interest in it so go back into fishing. i havnt been out for ages but decided to have a go yesturday. first chuck about 210yds then after about 6 casts hitting between 225 to 230yds quite happy with the distances. bet cast with fixed spool 250yds bet with multiplier 256yds on 035 diameter.
ps.its good to hear bazz it back in action.

hi les, good to know you are still kicking about. get the gear out and get down to the next nwsa event well have a right old laugh.

im going into hospital next week bazz, broken matatorsle int little toe. gunna av it pinned, once im sorted with that i will have a run down with bill and av a chuck.ill have to get abit of practice in though, a bit rusty at the moment. are you getting back into it, billy tells me your lads casting
is he kicking your but on the field. hows your back, the last time i spoke to you, you were trust up like a turkey, said your back was knackered.anyway mate its good to hear your back and i look forward to seeing you when i get down. les

hi there youngchuka welcome mate, plenty of laughs about bazz is getting that old his legs give way at the ochoe have you not heard about this everybody else had.divers boots for bazz i reckon so he cant fall over

backs holding up canny at the mo ,the boys casting his socks of at the moment only been doing s/afr about 3 weeks but distances creeping up all the time,just managing to stay infront of him but god knows how far hell chuck when he starts to swing it.hope to see you soon,.:thumbup: :thumbup:

baz. les has been out fishing nearly every day since he broke his foot. when he comes out of dock he will be immobile for weeks. can i borrow your wheelchair, then we can strap him into it and maybe sedate him.
i,m hoping he cant make it to his garage so that i can take good care of his bait fridge for him, -- might just give it a bit of a clean out. ;) ;)

the wifes gunna get me the wheelchair back i had when i first broke mi foot bazz so she can wheel me to the local boozer, ill need some liquid painkiller what say you mate, then when im ****ed i can ring billy up to take me home sounds good eh, i wouldnt mind borrowing them diving boots that john mensioned to wedge mi fridge doors up with to keep billy out ha ha,
ill have to go now bazz cause mi peeler crab need walking and feeding
i want them fit for this saturday nites fishing bash, me, billy and 2 of my mates gunna give a plaice ont way to barrow a thrashing, flounder and bass

hi john, yes ive seen bazz in action. when his back was playing up and he was putting leads onto rossal school roof rather than down the casting court.
another was when he decided to snap a rod into 3 pieces. i think the rod was a tip tornado sport. anyway mate nice chatting to you, by the way do you get down to the nwsa casting with bazz if so ill prob see you there aswell

baz, take no notice of les, he,s rambling a bit due to being "prepped" for operating theatre a week early to controll him for opp. -- we might have to abandon the wheelchair idea, cos he got the last one bogged down in the local park taking a short-cut to his local. he did,nt tell you how he broke his foot, but it involved a push-bike -- two old ladies -- a graveyard and a badly placed rock. that man makes rambo look like a whimp:hallucine: :eek: :eek:

hi young chuka, dont rely on bazzes word with his age he is very forgetful i am sure i was at last comp but did,nt record any distances i was just practising new technique see you at next comp m8. prob the speed i cast no one would of seen it

well o/c if we are getting back into the casting, you better iron that wet suit i got you for just incase you go galloping backwards ;) into those frogspawn infested dykes and gullies :o we dont want another day were your bailing frogspawn out of ya pockets do we.
when you got to the top of that bank then decided to foxtrot down backwards, i thought you were gunna ask howard varley for a dance, cos he was right behind you, :D :D .
 
right from tommorow be nice to john week, anyway you only have one double chin i have two now plus a bald spot about 5inch dia.put them abec 5 cearmic bearings in 6500 spool came out of other spool ok with a tiny spot of locktight on thought i might have some bother. bearings are dry going to try with one small block and combine with magnet for 175lead just messing about.
 
havent been up field yet with boy, hes on night shift for next week but will let you know how we get on.trouble is finding field long enough if i think hes going to do what i think hes going to :o :o :o :o :o :o
 
hi bazz, there is only rickleton but its best going over to far side and cast towards the rough stuff same prob as everywere dog walkers golfers.this is what will kill casting up here no were to practise if too many go to rickleton residents will complain and also you cant get car on field at rickleton .i like to have car right next to me so i can change gear round and use camcorder.it gets more interest if there is a group of you pracrtising crack on etc as you know like we used to there is always kirkleathem on a thurs night but travelling no for me.somebody came on wembley the other day with sinker in hand and leader with it asking if it was mine i said no way i cant cast that way it will be bazz blakemans apparently work is to be started on wembly field within next two months i was told last week.
