Used Trilene for years but progressed on now to better,tried all the rest usual contenders as well,but last number of years dont look at anything else but Daiwa tournament in yellow now in mono.Multis or fixedspool all sizes,from 12lb beach,18/20 mixed ground work to 25/30 heavy rock/cliffs.

Down side Daiwas pricing policy is pure greed recently,but im still getting 4oz spools local for £14,cheaper value again on 1/2kg bulk spools if you shop around on net.Pays for itself in reliability and durability over longer periods of use than any line lve tried previously.Another plus point even this blind man can see it in the dark.

100% agree with the above. Have used it for years and the odd occasion I have tried other stuff have been disappointed and gone back to Tournament.

ended up getting 25lb F1 Black guy next to me changed my mine lol will be testing tomorrow.

Gave up on F1, found titanium the best, black by far the worst !
I have several spools of black, from 15lb upwards, and had a nightmare with them. The black nicked at the slightest touch of rock, spun up, horrible memory.
Always properly de-spooled. Don't trust it, and don't know what to do with them?
Switched to Daiwa Tourney, and Sensor no problems so far. Also rate maxima in the smaller sizes.
The old Ultima tapered leaders were the Dogs Danglies tho. I bought a load when they went out of production, so haven't tried the new ones. The Daiwa ones are like tow rope when compared !

used it for the first time the 25lb .4 black F1 and first few casts were bad nearly had a nest 4 times so i reduced the amount on reel to just under first gold line and after that no problems what so every probs me over spooled it i fished a rocky mark and every snagg pulled straight out i was even checking the line to see it had stretched by a diff in colour but could not see any and no frays on line but that was brand new line so time will tell after a few fishing seshes.
casting = well im not that good and carnt pend cast so over head tosses and it went flying about the same as my BBGame.

but as above time will tell and will report if i have change it
