Fished the above tonight 7 til 11 wasn't really expecting much with the sea being flat as a witches but never the less, nice to get out. Beach was like Blackpool illuminations when I got there so decided to fish 100 yards south of the pipe as a couple of lads packing up after not even a bite after 2 hours. Nothing for the first couple of hours then I moved 100 yards further south after more lads left and had my first fish about 9pm. Codling only 36cm but nice clean fish which went straight back in. Next cast pulled another one in the same size but swallowed the hook so kept for the pan. Saved the blank! Both fish took frozen peeler, frozen blacks went untouched. One of my mate's Mark was fishing further south of me when a large Grey seal decided to beach itself right next to them. Never went up for a look just Hope it didn't eat all the fish!!
