lost rod section

Alreet lads just back from Lynemouth I know its a long shot but my son lost the tip section off his Sonic rod he has just got back into fishing only his second time out I think his line got rapped round the tip when he casted pulled the hole top end off if anyone happens to find it lying on the beach please PM me
