My son gets the occasional game for Stockton u/18's and I think they play Whitley Bay in a fortnight.Just wondered if anyone could give me directions to the rugby club up there,please?A19 or A1M.:question::question::red:

from Stockton would come along A19 and through the tunnell, coming out of the tunnel take the first left (A19)off as you hit the roundabout, go all the way up to the next roundabout and turn right on the A1058, follow carriageway to next roundabout go straight ahead passed TESCO EXPRESS on right, go down to next roundabout, swimming pool on right, turn left, Morrisons supermarket on left, go straight ahead over two roundabouts passed firestation, at third turn right, Foxhunters Pub on your right, straight ahead at the next roundabout, follow road down passed ice rink, until a small Morrisons on left, turn right into estate, Whitley Bay Rockliffe ground along there. Give them a good thrashing.

Tooly, the post code for the rugby club is NE25 8RW if you wanna go to The AA: Car Insurance, Breakdown Cover, Loans, Motoring Advice, Travel and Maps and print out the route, but Alan's directions are spot on.

Slightly off topic, but my young'un used to play for Alnwick Town juniors (footie) many years ago, and for a couple of seasons there was a lad who played along side him, who everyone was convinced would make it big. He was a real class player. At one time, even Chelsea were after him.

However , his dad was adamant that he would only let him play rugby when he got older.

no need for one then, scoring was easy three points for a try ans two for a conversion, adding up in fives, caused probs when conversion was missed.
