Just got back monday night after 2 weeks offshore dreaming about getting out on my boat so tues morn me n my besty daz headed out north to blyth and we were besty all day nowt massive but plenty 3 - 4 pounders including a couple of nice pollock we only kept a few as we font like to hammer the so it was off home to the marina and a couple of pints and to bed for an early start today we headed further nirth and were rewarded with bigger fish wind was a bit strong so the drogue was in avtion early on and it helped a lot 4-5-6 pounders coming to the boat at a steady rate yhen the wind dropked to nothing so we hit the wrecks amd daz came into his element his best two wrre a 7n a half pounder whick still had a dhat in its mouth but the best was still to come second last drop of the day and he goes n pulls a 12n a half pound cod out mint day mint compamy mint fish what a day off 2morra grandsons want to go to the fair buy we will be bang at it again over the weekend tight lines
