1) old big white building on the river tyne with a big car park next to it. if you go to ID fishing its just down the road from there. good scrating mark.

4) park at bylth peir car park (the one you see just after you turn in off the main road) and go onto the beach and you will see a sweage pipe or somthing going out to see thats it... i think

6) people either fish astly arms or the seaton sliuce car park just down the road from the astly arms.

Hi James, The ice house is on the fish quay, The pipe is at the very north end of Blyth beach at the entrance to Blyth docks. There is a gate onto the beach from the car park. Whitley Bay covers an awful lot of ground from the Lighthouse in the north to the Prom and the pipe area in the centre of Whitley Bay. Seaton Sluice is the south end of Blyth beach just south of the pub which is the Astley Arms.

If you have a look on the NESA homepage, (link at the bottom of the page) you will find North East fishing marks, here's a link.

North East Fishing Marks - NESA - North East Sea Angling - Sea Fishing UK

The marks I have mentioned you will find on there. Have a look at Google maps and you will see Blyth and Whitley Bay, if you zoom it in you will see the pipe at the north of the beach just before the pier.

Can't help you with the other's as I have never fished them.

Jim.

On blyth mate when you go into the car park just walk strait down throught the gap in the wall fish the left hand side of the pier because theres wooden stakes from the old pipe on the right hand side hope that was some help mate :D

a while ago someone put a link on the site of marks to fish. Cant remember the link but i know it was on bing maps. Its tremendous and very useful with loads of marks on it.

the open air swimming pool is the south end of tynemouth beach. some good shots here when a good sea is running. slatey gut at the north end infront of the big church, stoney bottom in the middle of the beach, and the bathing pool itself at the south end of the beach.
