Geet windy, geet cawld

Wine gone, still snowing, path now totally covered.........rations low, phone out of order....might have to open the scotch lol.

Well done on getting out there lads, even though the fish never showed. I was down at whitburn around 1 ish and the wind was blowing a whoolie, when i left i drove down the coast road at shields and saw a few bodies on Frenchmans point and thought they must have been mad! The point will probs fish over the next few days though with that sea on.

My arms, legs and body aches...I'll carry on regardless :D

A very physical day yesterday, once I'd defrosted I felt very tired indeed :o

But I'd do it all again in a blink...and like Jim says it makes those sessions where we do catch decent fish all the more sweeter ;)

Roll on friday :D Jim, you coming over?

Not sure Tony, I won't know till Friday. I won't be able to fish but if I feel up to it, I might pop over to say a few hellos mate.

Dave, that's a great shot for a christmas card. I lived in Shropshire for ten years, and always found the weather a bit unpredictable, it was probs the welsh hills and the shropshire plains having something to do with it lol......:)

Once dug a snowhole with the kids on the side of the Long Mynd. School was closed with the snow so we mosied off to Ashes Hollow and the snow was about 4 feet deep. Kids still talk about it when I meet them.

Coming back down the mynd towards Church Stretton my wife was getting a bit fidgety, she had not seen the sheer drop going up...and it was geet windy and geet cawld..lol :)
