I hope ya get a few gooduns Coddy, if I was just going to be sat by myself all day I would probably be out too. If it wasn't for our grandaughter's we probably wouln't have even put the tree up lol.

i'd love to, but if i did, her indoors would get the house and the rest,the kids would be taken away from me, and as my mam and dad are coming round for dinner they wouldn't talk to me till 2015, so in my case i really can't [only after much personal deliberation and we are talking 50/50 here], it's just not worth it merry xmas and welcome to our site hope you get a few.

I Started Getting Into The Habit Of Going Out To Wet A Line Or Two On Christmas Day,Having Sheilds Pier All To Yourself For Most Of The Day Was Great.The Wife's Son Even Thought That This Was Better Than Spending Christmas Day With The Rest Of The Family And Started To Join Me On The Pier.We Were Always Going To Give Tynemouth A Bash But Never Did.
Unfortuneatley I've Got Out Of What Was A Great Habit Sometimes Due To Having To Work.I'm Off Next Year 2010 So Far, So Good Will Have To Take Up The Habit.Funny Thing Is Though All Family Members Expect Me To Be Out Fishing On Christmas Day And Not Sitting Around Their Table Pulling Crackers.
