Crab Traps

Is there a licence of any description needed to place short bits of pipe in the tyne, the reason im asking is I find it difficult to buy any peeler crab from shops as I get told either they are all ordered or they don't have any in. Occasionally it would be nice to get a dozen instead of having to use lugworm or ragworm all the time. This is not a moan it's just I want to join a cluband I want to simply improve my catch rate. Any advice would be greatly accepted.

remember a few years back an angler,got took to court.
for fly tipping {tyres}for crabs.
GOT OFF WITH IT,so eod kelpy kid,get on with it.
just DONT be tempted to,do anybody elses tyres.
not worth the grieve.

Just go down the tyne and pick Codseekers (Trev), he let's anyone......!
on a serious note m8, just place your pipe, tyres, whatever you have, and go down regularly. expect others to ave a look, that's what happens.
