century slammer

Hi. I'v just bought a century slammer and it has custom built by M Randle on the butt. Any body shed any light on this. The wiping looks great but who is he?

seriously i have never heard of him could be a rod builder from quite a few years back with it being a oldish rod maybe somebody else could shine some light on the builder
