Big Sam Gone

Yep at last "You dont know what your doing" has gone...not been this happy since R.H was sacked.

This time around i feel it was the managers fault he got sacked, bad formations, bad tactics, not warming to the fans, poor with the players...i.e out of position and calling them in public by name some times just silly.

No one can save us but at least the football maybe good to watch at last, wasted 460 on them this year so far :(

Sacked after 24 games can not wait to see who the next failure is. i thought he was doing a good job.

hahahaha

Not this time ,Big Sam Was NOT Ashleys man ,(Freddie brought him in) and saying as the man with the money (Fooking Loads of the stuff) - i think / HOPE he has someone who can stop this jugganaught in its tracks and turn it round ,then evolve into a team ,not individual players

Thats what i think anyway

just hope we get a football man......not an ex mackem like the last one .as he did not have a clue.................

I agree with the sentiment that he wasn't the owners choice...but it's still shocking...it's a joke if you ask me...

So who are people predicting is next in line for the the prestigious white elephant that is being the manager of Newcastle "unrealistic expectations" United ??

How long will your next manager get 28 game to turn your club around and if not sack him. who ever comes in give him a chance.

After discussions today she thought it best to give him his marching orders, a smile was restored though after negotiating a severance package, you wouldn't believe what it's worth. :o

Just heard the news. Seeing as Sam has been giving press statements all day today and the chairman and owner went on record last week stating we need stability, this sacking can only mean one of two things..

1. Sam and the board have had a major fall out over transfer cash for the coming month. Or..

2. Big Al has been sounded out recently and has agreed to step in.

I hope it is the latter as i honestly believe it is the only viable way forward. Bring in Al and give him free reign of the cheque book. If it is the former then we will end up with a mediocre and/or underacheiving manager who will be told to work with what he has got, which imo will leave us worse off than we already are. Big Al knows what the fans want, will get the players playing for him and has a lot of respect in the game. As for experience?? We have the talent in the squad we just need to find the bloke who can get them playing together.

As for these gloating mackems...us geordies may be fickle but wait until you lot turn on that mug of a dog fiddler Keane. The difference with us and you's is that your board will side with your manager and the lot of them will dissapear leaving you no where. (nowhere being bottom of the championship):p

I just hope it's been done with relatively sound business rationale...if Mike Ashley has been listening to some of the buffoons on the terraces then the club is doomed

Fickle isn't the word you're looking for. Too many mags are DELUDED ( thats the word), and think that nufc is a big club that should be challenging for silverware every season.

Until the truth sinks in that yous are a very ordinary, mediocre club, the fans will always demand more than the club is capable of delivering, thus giving whoever this months manager may be an impossible task, and forcing him to work under impossible pressure.
