some anglers just cant judge the size of fish when they have them in front of them so how can they be expected to guess the size on a photo?

If thats not as close to 4lb or over then i will eat my hat!

Dont know why anlgers make comments on size of fish, if he says its 4lb then why not believe him, its not like he is trying to claim some sort of record.
