advice on Cambois fishing marks

hi all

im thinking of fishing at cambois beach/rocks this weekend.

is the there any goods marks people can advise and what tide is best to fish here.
anyone had any good catches from cambois ive heard its a good cod mark.

any help would be much appeciated
