16lb 8oz Ling

Had another trip out today. Went on Loneshark Skipper Dennis Lilley. Excellent skipper. Got some fresh mackeral on our way out. Then we got to first spot a lad cod pulled a cod in 4lb. Then I got a nice pull got into a Ling of 16lb 8oz, very happy chappy. After that fish were very few and far between until about 1pm there was few good stamp of cod coming aboard from 7 - 9lb. I got one at 8lb. on macky strip. Had a brilliant day I think that is it for the season unless we get a day of good weather when I'm off work. Chris
