Went to Roker today with the intention of doing some spinning, float fishing and trying out sandeel lures for the first time. When I got there I realised I\'d taken the wrong fixed spool reel, I\'d got a knackered old one. Ended up using big rod with rag and lug and peelers. Ended up with 1 good flounder and a coalie. Gave the peelers away cos don\'t think I\'ve got chance to use them. Nearly tried daylights but thought it was too crowded. Maybe should have gone further down and given them a go.
