I have an electric tile cutter that you're welcome to borrow, I live at Ouston which is near Birtley.

Bit of a hike from North Shields but ifyou're stuck then just let me know.

well i will lend you any tiling tools you need,but will take longer with an electric cutter,obviously depending on the tiles,natural stone should be wet cut
