Not a ball breaker like Waco and the rest of the pros that normally fish there get but I was happy

Then I heard an almighty crack from one of the guys who had subsequently started fishin the brass ball, guys female spigot joint had disintegrated during the chuck, said he'd only had the rod for 6 or 7 months, wasn't very happy.

Then around 13:30 mate pulls a coddy in so we both went home happy

Wind was a f**n mare but other than that day was ok, all fish caught on peeler.

Sounds like a canny day Gordon. I was going to fish the ebb but that wind put me off. Well done on braving it.

cheers guys. yer the wind was terrible at times, on and off like a pair of whore's drawers. Think yer made a good decision not to fish the ebb like mark as it was just getting worse.
