  • Waste of time!!

Just been down to Sluice beach, canny sea running but just couldn\'t hold the bottom, packed up and came home after 45 mins, another bloke leaving had the same bother, he\'d even tried two sinkers.
    Cheers, Keith.

Had a drive down there today Keith as you say it was far to big to fish mate. If you had gone to the north end it was like a mill pond. Round about Meggies Burn would probably have fished tonight.

    Jim.

Meant to say that I had a walk along Blyth pier today. Was there for about 30 minutes and only saw one Whiting landed. Not good.

I tried Cullercoats on saturday night, waves were washing over the jetties though... got my feet wet and headed straight back to the car :-( Gave it an hour on blyth beach, not a sniff.

Sunday morning first thing I had a session on blyth pier, couple of small taps but not a fish in sight. bleh.
