Waste-fishing-line

It has come to my attention about waste fishing line left lying about .does the angling clubs warn anglers about this hazard.I know it cannot be the mature fishermen but we should tell people when we see them doing this or the federation could put stops to us fishing in certain places. Does anybody else support this. Give me your views fellas thankyou.

Yes i support this although i think were in for a loosing battle as not all anglers take there waste away with them even though there is buns provided in ceratin areas
Would like to think that all would take it away but unfortunaley not
You see it all over the big waters (lakes) aswell and theyre patrolled by wardens

i know wot u meen codseeker but i can agree with james there are anglers out there that dont tidty there rubbish line and bags up giving all ov us bad names and it only takes seconds to pick it up but i do like ur answer

half of my gear comes from left overs i find so i'm not too bothered and when its just scraps of line i always take it home chop it up and bin it. i quite like doing my good deed every time i go fishing
