To go or not to go??

Sean i,m down tomorrow taking the old fella out for dinner-was in two minds about bringing the gear but if theres a chance of a fish i,ll chuck it in the motor and grab a few hours. I,ll miss the traffic going home.
Was wanting to try Parton at low tide but it will have to wait. I,ll be fishing the tide up. Might even go along to seaham and give the pier a go-its on the way home give or take a few mile.
let us know how you get on mate.
Mick.

ive just come back from horden, not even a bite was a few lads down and i never seen a single fish pulled in.was the same last night the buffs were fishing.nice sea on but no cod.

Just got back in from a "certain north of the Tyne location" ( ;) ) - had five codlings to about 2lb, one podler & a bass; kept 4 best codlings & the others went back. Got weeded up something rotten on the flood though, no more fish so packed in. Mates got I think three or four between them as well. Not a bad night all in all.

Cheers, Gary :)

Just that minute got back in, got a 6lber on my first chuck and then took another 5 codling to 4lb 11oz along with some HUGE whities and a couple of flounders. One of the best sessions I've had in years. I'll put a full report up when I get up.

No fish at Horden???;)
