My mate Stevie Fox towed his boat (teaser) from Sunderland up to Luce bay at the weekend there were 3 of us aboard and we had a fantastic weekend.
the sea was ok on saturday but the rain was heavy but we caught 2 tope 17lb & 22lb plus two thornbacks biggest about 5lb (no Tope for me though) .
woke up on Sunday skipper was ill but by pm he was feeling better and we got the boat into the water at 3:30pm and fished until 21:30 and in those 6 hours we had 17 Tope between 21 and 38lb
7 for me and 5 each for Stevie & Joe ,the Skipper had the biggest and i had a 3 over 30lb (best 35) & the best days fishing of my life
and ALL swam away to fight another day
can't wait to do it again.
i tried to upload some pics but even though i have reduced the jpegs down to 50k i still get a too big message !

Marty,
If you change the file extension to .jpg (lower case) it will probably be ok in the uploader (I suspect the file extension is JPG upper case).
ps .... WOW great weekend you had there. what size boat were you out in

Great stuff Marty.....was talking to the skipper just before you were taking the boat out of the water in Sunderland and he wasn't to positive about the weekend because of the weather...!!!!!!!!!
It must of been the positive vibe of the Pink Floyd tribute concert he was at on the previous Wednesday that did the trick...!!
Does Homer not have acces to NESA anymore?
Well done,
Jeff.
