Subject: Got me Bass!!!

Fished my usual area's last night with our kid and landed my 1st ever bass on a 4/0 pennel baited with a whole squid and 2 runny. Was hoping for a decent cod but more than happy all the same
Hoping that another day or two of NE / E winds might see them return, I live in hope

Spot on rob. I got my first bass during the whitley bay all nighter in the late 80's and not seen one since (exept in morrisons)

Well done mate . fished comp last nighrt , blanked again . but lad Ii fished with (his first comp & attempt at beach fishing ) caught 3 nice bass ,rag Panama dip bang on low tide .
