Met up with Neil (Kingfisher) tonight at Whitley prom. got the gear out of the car and walked down to the mark. Had one look at it and didn't even take the box off me back. "Lets's go to Collywel bay" says me. Back to the car and off to Collywell.

Down the slope and fishing off the small shingle beach into the gulley south of Charlie's and second chuck, Spawny b@ll@cks (Neil) is sorting out his spare trace when I grabbed his rod just before it left the rod stand. " OI YOUR IN MATE" and he runs over and pulls in a Cod that I weighed in at seven pounds.

Well done mate cracking fish Taking you no where else though lol.

By the way I checked my scales when I got home and they are wrong, it was only three pounds lmao. Just kidding lol.

Jim.
Edit for the wrong date lol.

just got back from photographing Neils fish, looked bigger than 7-8-0. If nothing else comes my way it could be in the journal on Saturday
