St peters (again) PICS 22/02/2012

fished tide comin up from 9am till 2:30ish with my mate who's new to fishing and scotty, few fish kickin bout had these on the pics as well as a tommy and a greggsbag fish. 8 in total for me 4-5 for my mate and scotty had 3 a think.
near the end of the sesh we seen a few porpoises head and tailing up the river just infront of us, didn't manage to get a pic cos they were only popping up for a split second. (heres a pic for example sake)

musta been feeding hard like cos the seagulls were going mad around them, seen a gull picking a flattie off the top behind them. that just made my day even better, went home with a big grin!
all in cracking day and got to christen new combo.
salt xt bass and abu 6500, never cast a multi before and had it down straight away so im chuffed n didn't birds nest all day.
rod held up great in the wind, hardly no movement but registered bites clear as day even with the 40mph winds we had.

was down my self with 2 mates tuesday,fished near the flag post we only got 3 fish each nout big,fished from about 11,30 till 5ish,never fished that spot were your at any good like,,

Aye 3 it was than a left same time as ozzy than hit jarro with bugie (Tony) alan (gost) and hade cuppel more but siz ones to ended on plate Alan hade about pound to 2 pound wighting biggest av Eva seen all put pics up l8ta fellas

aye what a belta rod and reel, go perfect together and the 3oz geminis alongside that line that was on the reel were holding the tide better than my 6oz and heavier line outfit ever did so i'm well happy. still got the reel on pretty much full magnets at the mo tho, but didn't want to get too ahead of meself would only end in tears

does anyone know if i should be reporting the harbour porpoise's?
still cant believe we seen em so far up!
