finally got around to developing a film (remember them!). last year I bought a disposable underwater camera, was 7 quid or something, thought it might be interesting. basically hung it on the end of the line, 12oz weight underneath, set self timer and then drop it down. give it a minute, haul it up, wind on self timer down again and so on

so finally sent the film of to get developed , final result, 30 artistic green blurs and a few with something vaguely worth seeing

can't remember where exactly I took these, somewhere around st mary's/yellow can though

Think I might try that myself this year, will wait for the silly season in shallow water first then also maybe in mackerel land ........ whoa ... great Idea mark ..... do they all come with a timer as standard feature?

We have plans for the filming of the mackerel

the camera was from lidl when they had all the boaty stuff last summer, kept the housing, need to find something that fits it now

now, new game! there may or may not be 2 fish in this picture, so instead of spot the ball spot the fish!
