Nowt wrong with that Tony, sounds very tasty, that's the best about cooking it in the oven, you can add whatever you like and leave out what you don't like or fancy at the time.The only reason I made the joke was, I once cracked it in Turkey to a group of lady's in our hotel and one of them said something like "I didn't think it was that easy" and she could'nt understand at first why all of her friends were spitting their drinks out and laughing Incidentally, the fish over there is nice but they don't do a great deal with it. Just baked in the oven with some nice mixed salad, the salad varies from restaurant to restaurant but the best one I had was a tiny place miles from anywhere. A Turkish friend took us a few years ago and it was excellent, four of us, meal, and a couple of drinks, finished off with Turkish tea and it came to about 40 Turkish Lira, at the time a little under £16:00 Jim.
