AM Sea has built nicely into a very fishable moderate to rough this morning. Not big enough for the massive sea marks that fish but certainly for beaches etc. Wind SSW or something like that, the swell must be being pushed up from elsewhere.

The sea looked canny from Whitburn this lunchtime. 3 people fishing the wherry over low water. Anyone ever got anything from there over low water. Have fished at that time before and only got one nibble.

yeah mate,got my PB form there,11lb 20z,that was about 18 months ago,the only others i have had are cod to 5lb and wrasse to about 2 1/2lbs,from the south shelf of the wherry

At high water I've also caught, but never at low water - yourself? Fancy a trip out sometime to show me the ropes?
