Sea state at Whitley and Blyth beach 6/12/11

Just had a drive along the coast and there is still a nice swell coming from the North.

Nice Gregg - that pic at the sluice makes it look a lot bigger than it looked from my car about half an hour ago; I thought it had dropped off considerably more! Still, I'd like it to get a bit bigger for thursday....

Aye. I've been down Seaburn the'day. There's a nice groundswell running. I reckon it'll be canny for the rest o' the week.

nice photo/s and a very good stretch of fishing area/s if you know the spots to fish. I HAD A LOT OF FUN there when i was a lot younger but i still go there when i visit my family through there. Your never too old if you like fishing so keep trying ok
