Me and mad rob headed up to cambios beach looking for the elusive bass got there an hour later than expected due to mr rob magoo missing the turn off lol
Got there for low tide and Fishingmark and Dave Rogers were allready fishing about 200 yards along from us. 2 big rods each fishing ragworm baits in the 1st 2 hours mad rob had a canny coalie for his species hunt
All I had was the biggest birds nes , so cut all the line off and refilled only for my 2nd rod to pull it straight back in and knot it all back up so had to cut a load of brand new line off it , then cast it back out which cracked off absolute nightmare could of walked home then pi...ed off wasn't the word
Back to the fishing as it started flooding for a few hours my luck changed with a double shot of my pb turbots , I moaned them in lol
Then next cast another double shot another turbot and a dab
By now we had moved on top of the sand dunes and Fishingmark joined us he only had the 1 flounder so out his rod went there was a steady flow of small fish with rob grabbing a few flounders and mark getting a couple more then I pulled in a lovely double shot of flounders 1 being a double sided 1 with no white on it at all very weird to look at
A lad further past mark had 2 sea trout biggest around the 3 lb size both returned
Unfortunately no bass turned up but ended the session at 6 o'clock burnt and knackered but an eventful day a lovely clean beach with no rubbish nice to see boys till next time
