1st Leg of a 2 leg competition. 11 Turned out for the flatty bashing comp' (pegged) fished 3hrs up and 1 down on a biggish tide (4.7m). All fish caught were flounder except 1 eel by Dave Nevin.

1. D.Nevin 51points(4 flounder & 1 eel) and H/F 36cm flounder (17points)

Ian, You can only fish the water in front of you and guess who got the lower numbers again (along with Peter). No excuses, tried my best, used a swim feeder, groundbait, lug. rag, fresh crab and rigs that wouldnt look out of place around someone's neck in New Orleams during Mardi Gras. Still crap.

I was not really having a go at your fishing, Just the state that Mr Craik has driven the force to in his unrelenting media campaign to become comissioner of the met.

Unless you dont work 24/7 shifts then? If you dont you might think he is alright?
